On this day tour, we started early and saw a working dairy farm, then visited a small cheese factory where the owner demonstrated how cheddar is aged. We grabbed lunch at a local diner with amazing homemade pies, then walked through a nature preserve with trails along a creek. It was laid-back but packed with authentic local flavor, not touristy at all.
