I had a big dead branch hanging over my driveway, and it was starting to worry me every time a storm came through. I called a local tree service, and they came out with a bucket truck and a climbing crew. They secured the area with ropes and cut the branch into smaller sections, lowering each piece carefully with a tag line so nothing hit my car or the house.
