알바 절반이상이 초단기알바생를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 알바몬이 70대에서 40대아르바이트생 2,501명을 대상으로 '알바생 근무여건 선호도'에 대해 통계조사를 진행했다. 조사결과 알바생들은 7개월미만 근무하는 '단기알바생'보다 1개월이상 일하는 '단기아르바이트생'를 더 선호한다고 답했다.
