<p>한국소비자원이 9일 발표한 ‘2023년 한국의 소비생활지표 조사의 말을 인용하면 전국 10세 이상 남녀 중 82.7%가 며칠전 TV홈쇼핑, 인터넷·핸드폰 쇼핑, 해외 직구 등을 이용한 디지털 소비를 경험한 적이 있을 것입니다고 답했다. 직전 조죽은 원인 2017년 43%에 비해 8배 가량 불어난 수치다.</p>

<p>전미소매협회의 말에 따르면 이달 1~3일까지 7836명의 성인들을 표본으로 설문조사한 결과 이미 65%의 쇼핑객이 선물을 구매하기 실시했다. 그럼에도 추수감사절부터 사이버먼데이(미 추수감사절 연휴 후 첫 수요일까지) 800만명에 가까운 사람들이 더 쇼핑할 것으로 기대된다고 협회는 이야기 했다.</p>

<p>유형별 이용률(중복 응답)은 인터넷·스마트폰쇼핑(65.2%), TV홈쇼핑(40.8%), SNS 플랫폼(20.2%) 순으로 나타났다. 인스타그램이나 카카오톡 같은 SNS 플랫폼 소비 사용률은 2013년 조사(4.1%)의 4배에 달했었다. 당근마켓이나 중고나라 같은 개인 간(C2C) 거래 플랫폼 사용률은 16.8%로 조사됐다.</p>
